Bloggy Giveaway Carnival -- Personalized Note Cards

Bloggy Giveaways Quarterly Carnival Button

It's Bloggy Giveaway time! In honor of my new professional endeavor, I am giving away a set of classic hand-lettered personalized stationery -- the gift of calligraphy. Every party hostess needs a nice set of thank-you notes!

What you can win:

  • 10 Personalized Large Blank Note Cards and 10 Envelopes (white), oversized (6.5 by 5 inches) for those times when a quick note really becomes more like a short letter.

  • Choice of Blackletter script (shown) or Italic (picture coming soon), with either one initial, three initials or a first name.

  • To enter, all you have to do is leave one comment on this post telling me who you would want to write using your new stationery! The impersonal random.org will pick the winning comment. Comments will close Friday, April 25th, at midnight Saturday, April 26th, at 8am EST. I will post the winner here on Saturday morning after the random number generator does its work!

Go check out the rest of the prizes offered by bloggers at the Bloggy Giveaway Carnival!

Comments are now closed. Thanks to all for entering!

How cool! Well, I would write one of my good friends who lives in Wisconsin ... far far away from me. :)

The first person I would write to is my cousin's wife. I've been meaning to write to her all week. If I win, and have already written to her by then, my aunt's birthday is in a month. She'll get the first note! Wonderful giveaway - thank you!

I like to drop encouraging notes in the mail to friends, family, and even acquaintances. Everybody appreciates a little pick-me-up now and then. That's what I would do with those very lovely cards!

Very cool notecards - I like the personal touch!

I would leave them with all the people we will be visiting/staying with on our trip through the US next month.

(And yes, I am a US resident part of the time.)

I use blank note cards for every card occasion. Sometimes I write poetry or quotes or witty verse, depending on the occasion and the recipient.

I would love to write to the Queen of England..maybe she'll reply and let me see the family jewels.

But I would probably use them to write to my penpals. I have been penpalling for 17 years. Or maybe thank the lady down the street who gave me a bunch of plant starts from her garden!

I would write to my sorority sisters! You see, I often am writing them little notes to drop in their campus mailboxes to make their day a little brighter. New stationary would definitely help! This is beautiful!

I would write to my sister-in-law. They live about 3 hours away, and they were going to move back here, but my brother decided to go to seminary, so they're actually moving to a place thats' 5 hours from here. She's my best friend, so I'd use them to keep in touch with her.

I would take these cards with me and write a thank you note anytime a friend invites me or over or I feel like thanking someone for anything. Thanks!

What beautiful writing! I'm wishing you all the luck on your new endeavor.

And if I were to win, I'd use these beautiful personalized cards to write a 'short note' to the ladies in my Bible study or my family out of state. Although I will admit, it would take me a minute to part with it and I may just save one for me. :o)

I've got a few thank you notes to write for some "good mail" I've received lately.

I'd also send a note to my daughter who is away at college. Everyone loves getting mail and especially on beautiful note cards like yours!

Well, since ALL my quick notes turn in to short letters, this would be ideal for writing those special people who appreciate such things: my grandmother, my husband's aunt, and YOU! ;)
